Returns & Refunds Policy
mazal provides a money-back guarantee (30-days for worldwide customers and 14 days for customers within Switzerland) on an item purchased through this website under the following conditions:
1. Any item being returned must be in the same condition as at the time of sale and in its original packaging.
2. The original purchase receipt must be included for all returns.
3. Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
4. All Jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks.

Free Shipping & Insurance Policy
mazal offers free shipping worldwide from 400$ for most of the purchased products except where noted otherwise.
Some of the products might include a shipping cost, which is stated in the product page.
mazal will not be responsible for any VAT and/or taxes and/or customs duty and/or surcharges imposed by the customer country. For further information, please consult with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence.
If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact us.
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, proceed according to our Exchange and Return Policy.
